623 miles, 12 hours in the saddle. Should be the longest driving day of the trip. Heading to St. Louis tomorrow.

Kinja'd!!!

A monument to Freedom, Democracy, and blowing the hell out of your enemies. This display of ordnance was recently erected in McAlester, OK, home to the McAlester Army Munition Plant.

Kinja'd!!!

The monument was very recently upgraded and rebuilt to showcase the MOAB, which was dropped in Afghanistan back in April. Don’t worry. It’s inert.

Kinja'd!!!

We drove on Arkansas Highway 23, better known as the Pig Trail for its corkscrew meanderings though the Ozark National Forest. Even in the Oddy, it was a blast to drive.

Kinja'd!!!

The Ozarks. Gorgeous country.

Why should the U.S. Air Force pay to fly President Trump to golf when that money could buy more MOABs?

Is Stlouis the destination or driving through? If you are here during the week maybe check out Boeing museum. It’s not huge, but it’s free M-F 9-4

I’ve never been, but I’ve worked in the building a few times. And always was closed when I walked by.

We’ve got one full day in STL tomorrow, but I may try to hit it on the way out of town Monday morning. Thanks for the tip!
